Farm-made Cheeeeeeese: Sicily

Here in Sicily, the real Sicilian cheese is “ricotta”. (Well, this is photo 2
only my opinion.) It is widely used for different Italian dishes. For instance, the Italian dessert, cannoli, is filled with sweetened ricotta, or ravioli is often filled with ricotta and spinach. So one day we went to the country side and had a farm-made ricotta. It was freshly made and still warm.
