On the other day, colorful paprikas were on sale at the supermarket, so I bought a pack of three. (Usually they are quite pricy in Switzerland.)
We’d been eating a lot of rice and bread lately, and I wanted to cook something else. So I decided to take potatoes.
If you are curious how to make these, you:
1) prepare mashed potatoes.
2) add some diced vegetables like onions, and carrots, and mushrooms.
3) season 2) with parmesan cheese, black pepper, salt, nutmeg, and flour.
4) stuff 3) into the paprikas and place them into the oven or you can also grill.
